2008 Christmas Party

Photos by Cindy Bowden

BACA members gathered at the home of Bob Clark on December 16, 2008 to celebrate the season the British way with dinner, mirth, merriment and lots of door prizes. This is a much enjoyed annual event for BACA and was well attended as has always been the case with BACA events.

The neighborhood twinkled under the thousands of lights which added to the Christmas spirit.

Under the watchful eye of George III (Mr. Clark has a full-portrait of that monarch) members were entertained by Christmas carolers and a reading from Dickens.  Those assembled enjoyed Christmas Pudding bathed in the finest brandy and served flaming.  Perfect for one of the coldest days in December

Door prizes included English teas, Dallas Stars tickets and Haggis.
