Members
Betty Schnaufer
Betty serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Meeting
Professionals International (MPI) headquarters, the premier global trade
association of the meetings industry. She leads a team which is
responsible for approximately $8 Million in partnership revenue annually.
Prior to this position, Betty worked for the British Consulate Dallas
for six years. In that role she served in a trade development capacity
where she developed market entry strategies for British companies in a
broad range of industries. She has interfaced with major corporations as
well as mom and pop businesses, traveling extensively throughout the UK.
This international experience is complimented by an MBA in International
Management.
Betty also spent fourteen years in commercial real estate management
where she oversaw a large portfolio of mixed real estate assets.
Betty currently oversees the British Studies Program for the BACA.
